Hitch hits couples in marriage celebration
The next production by Sleaford Little Theatre, entitled When We Are Married, takes place at the Playhouse, Westgate, next month.

The play was due to be staged earlier in the year, however due to the London West End performances being extended, Sleaford Little Theatre was refused permission to put the play on in the spring.
But, now the show will go on thanks to relentless letter writing by the Playhouse committee.
Spokesman Craig Pakes said: "The hilarious Yorkshire comedy, by JB Priestley brings together three couples who are celevrating their silver wedding anniversaries, only to discover that they may not actually be legally married.
"The comedy unfolds as two of the women realise they may finally be free of their miserable, errant husbands.
"Sleaford Little Theatre previously performed When We Are Married at the Playhouse in 1974 and 1993. The 1974 staging attracted some additional publicity as two of the cast members were engaged to be married while taking part in the play."

Mary and Lionel Rudkin, although not taking part this time around, are still together after almost 37 years and remain active members of the theatre.
The show takes place from Wednesday 14 September, to Saturday September 17.
