The Local Community

The Playhouse is situated in the Market Town of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. There are a whole host of websites with news and information about some of the events that take place in the town.

Sleaford Live

Sleaford Live is a festival of music and arts that takes place annually throughout the first week in May. The events range from theatre productions, photo exhibitions and busking to rock bands, choirs, folk and brass. If it’s live, it’s okay!! The event is coordinated by volunteers who put together a programme funded from adverts placed by local businesses.

tomcreasey

tomcreasey is a local lad living and working in Sleaford. He has currently built and maintains the St George's Academy website, Steppin' Stones website and The Sleaford Playhouse website. Also a dab hand at fixing any computer issues thrown at him. This year he has started to hire out Audio systems and Discos and assisted in two big events this year, the Mr Lincolnshire Body Building contest and the Sleaford Historic Car and Motorcycle Show.
